Shared documents
Show a page to the people you choose, one page at a time. This is also how you share documents with partners.
Sharing with people
- Open ⋯ → Share (공유) to the right of the page title.
- Enter addresses under Email to share with (공유할 이메일). Separate several with commas; pasted "Name " works. Members of the same Space can also be picked by typing at least two letters of their name under Find by name (이름으로 찾기).
- Choose a permission and press Share.
- Confirm sharing change (공유 변경 확인) shows which pages gain or lose which permission for whom. Check, then apply.
| Permission | Can |
|---|---|
| View (보기) | Read the page and its comments. Cannot write comments. |
| Edit (편집) | Edit the body and properties, write comments, resolve threads, edit and delete their own comments |
| Manage (관리) | Edit, plus share with others and change permissions |
| Owner (소유자) | The person who made the page. Everything. |
The people you shared with are notified in their Inbox (and by mail when a mail server is set up) and find the page under Shared documents (공유 문서) in their sidebar.
General access
General access (일반 접근) at the bottom of the Share panel opens a page widely without adding people one by one.
- Place in teamspace (팀스페이스에 두기): everyone who has joined the chosen teamspace can open the page, and it appears in that teamspace in the sidebar. For a page already in a teamspace, change the teamspace members' permission (view, edit, manage) here or choose Remove from teamspace (팀스페이스에서 빼기).
- All Space members (Space 구성원 전체): every member except guests gets at least the chosen permission. No access (접근 없음) leaves the page to the people listed above. Guests keep only what was shared with them directly.
- Make private (비공개로 변경): revokes all sharing of this page at once and keeps only the owner. It appears when people were added or general access was given.
Permissions are inherited
Subpages use the parent page's permissions. Sharing a parent opens the pages below it; withdrawing the share closes them. People added on a subpage are added on top of what it inherits.
Make private on a subpage stops it inheriting from above, and separate permissions apply from that point down. Add the people it needs again. Sharing changes above no longer reach a subpage set apart this way.
Sharing with partners
Pages can be shared with Google accounts outside your organisation.
- The person must first be able to sign in to ESTnote: ESTnote's operators register the email or domain in the sign-up allowlist. It cannot be done from Space settings.
- Sharing makes them a Guest (게스트) of this Space. Guests see only the pages shared with them and are not in teamspaces.
- Space invitations (inviting as a member) are for people in your organisation's domains only. Partners are given documents by page sharing.
Withdrawing a share
Change or Remove (제거) a permission in the people list of the Share dialog. As before, the change is shown for confirmation first. A page opened by a teamspace is closed with Remove from teamspace (팀스페이스에서 빼기).
