A new page is made in Private documents (개인 문서), where only you see it. In the page menu's Share (공유), add people or pick Place in teamspace (팀스페이스에 두기). See Private documents.

Unfold the Shared documents (공유 문서) section. A page from a teamspace you are not in shows there too. If it is still missing, the share was withdrawn, or the person shared it from another Space: press the Space name to switch Space.

Someone who came in through a page share is a guest of that Space, and guests do not join teamspaces. To see teamspaces at all, a Space owner or admin must change your role to member with Change role (역할 바꾸기) in Space settings → Members (Space 설정 → 구성원). People from an outside domain cannot be invited afresh, so their role is changed instead. After that you join open teamspaces from Browse (둘러보기) yourself; the others are added by their owner. See Teamspaces.

That is the name of a default teamspace made some time ago. Today the default teamspace takes the Space's name. Save the Space name once in Space settings (saving it unchanged is fine) and the default teamspace is renamed after the Space.

Bring it back from Trash (휴지통) in the sidebar. To bring back only part of a body, use Version history (버전 기록) in the page menu. See Trash and Version history.

In the Private documents section. Imported top-level pages → Open (가져온 최상위 페이지 → 열기) on the import screen goes straight there. Move them to a teamspace once you have looked them over.

In Space settings → Import and export → Import content (가져오기·내보내기 → 자료 가져오기), press Choose from Google Drive (Google Drive에서 고르기) and choose the document. A Google Doc becomes a page, a Google Sheet a database. The original stays in Drive. See Connecting Google Drive.

A Drive file keeps Drive's permissions. Sharing the page does not share the file. Share the file in Drive separately, or use Save as attachment (첨부로 저장) on the link block to put a copy into the page: anyone who can see the page opens an attachment.

If the sign-in screen says "가입이 허용되지 않았습니다" (sign-up not allowed), their email or domain is not yet in the sign-up allowlist (가입 허용 목록). The list is managed by the ESTnote operators, not by Space owners or admins, so ask the operators to register it; after that they simply sign in with Google. See Signing in and your account.

Space invitations are for people on our company's domains only. With partners you share documents by adding their email in the page menu's Share (공유); they become guests of the Space. See Shared documents.

Gear → Sign out (톱니바퀴 → 로그아웃) at the bottom of the sidebar, then sign in again and pick the other account.

They appear only where the ESTnote app is present. Add the ESTnote app to that Chat space, or try in your direct message with the ESTnote app. If you are told server setup is required after adding the app, ask your administrator. See Google Chat integration.

You are signed in to ESTnote with a different Google account from the one used in Chat. Press Switch to the Google account used in Chat on the save screen and sign in again with that account.

No. The result is shown only to you and also arrives in your direct message with the ESTnote app. To tell the space, choose Share to this Chat space (이 Chat 스페이스에 공유) separately on the result. Once shared, the title and task properties are visible to every member of the space.

Type / and pick the command from the suggestion list. Typing a command's name and pressing Enter can select another suggestion or send the text as an ordinary message.

In Space settings → Agents (에이전트), turn on Allow agent connection (MCP) (에이전트 연결(MCP) 허용) and Allow agents to write (에이전트의 쓰기 허용), and put the connection address shown there into your agent app's connector screen. Only Space owners and admins can turn this on. The steps per app are under the connection guide on the same screen.

Make a personal access token under gear (톱니바퀴) → API tokens and webhooks at the foot of the sidebar and call the API reference. Change notifications come through webhooks in the same place. Apps that support signing in connect without a token; check and disconnect them under gear → Connected agent apps (연결된 에이전트 앱).

Press Bug report (버그 신고) or Suggestion (개선 제안) near the foot of the sidebar. The screen you are on is attached, and the answer comes back in the same place.

While reading the help, report a bug or suggest an improvement opens the app on that form. No screenshot is taken then; press Capture again (다시 캡처) or attach an image file if one helps.
