Writing pages
- Blocks and the slash menu — A page body is made of blocks. Type / on an empty line to pick a block, and move blocks by their handle.
- Formatting and shortcuts — Format text with the toolbar that appears over a selection, and with keyboard shortcuts.
- Mentions — Put other pages and members into the body with @. A mentioned person is notified.
- Attachments and embeds — Drop a file into the body and it is attached. Outside documents and maps go in as embed blocks.
- Comments — Select text in the body to start a comment thread right there; comments about the whole page go in the comment panel.
- Version history — Read earlier content read-only, save the current version, and restore it or take it out as a new page when you need to.
- Page appearance settings — Font, text size and body width are set per page. Light and dark come from your account settings.
- Template gallery — How to start from built-in templates, team bundles and the templates people in your Space added to its gallery, and how to add and manage them.
- Site publishing and analytics — How to open a page and its subpages as a read-only site, and see how much a page is read.
- Trash — A deleted page goes to the trash, and restoring it puts it back where it was.
