Version history
Read earlier content read-only, save the current version, and restore it or take it out as a new page when you need to.
Opening it
Press ⋯ → Version history (버전 기록) to the right of the page title. A list of versions opens on the right; pick one and the body as it was then shows read-only. Version history is open to people who can edit the page.
Automatic and manually saved versions
- Automatic versions (자동 기록) are kept by the server on its own while editing goes on.
- Save current version (현재 버전 보관) keeps the present state as a Manually saved (직접 보관) version. Use it to mark a point to come back to, such as before a review or a release.
- The record of when the page was first made stays as Page creation (페이지 생성 시점).
- Versions are kept with no limit on number or age, and go when the page is permanently deleted. When the page's whole content is larger than 16 MiB, though, no version is kept for that moment.
Restoring
Pick a version and press Restore this version (이 버전으로 복원).
- Body, properties and comments return to that moment together.
- Before restoring, ESTnote shows who will be able to see this content and asks you to confirm.
- The state just before the restore stays in the history too, so a wrong restore is undone by restoring that one.
- Restoring is done by the page's owner. Teamspace owners and Space owners and admins treat the pages of teamspaces they have joined as their owner does.
Create a page from this version
To take earlier content out without touching the current page, pick a version and press Create page from this version (이 버전으로 새 페이지 만들기). A new page with that version's content is made beside it. Comments are not copied.
