What ESTnote is

A workspace where a team writes its documents together, with pages and databases in one place.

What you can do

  • Pages: documents with a title, a body and attachments, arranged in a tree, edited by several people at the same time. Changes are recorded, so you can go back to an earlier version.
  • Databases: the same entries seen as a table, board, timeline, calendar, list, gallery, chart, feed, map or form. Properties, relations, automation rules and buttons are supported.
  • Spaces and teamspaces: private pages, the team's pages and pages shared with you are kept apart, and permissions are set per page. Comments and mentions send notifications.
  • Import and export: bring in Notion and Confluence export files, Markdown and CSV; export documents as Markdown, HTML or PDF.
  • Google Drive: link Drive files into a page, import Google Docs and Sheets as pages, and export pages to your own Drive.
  • Google Chat: save Chat messages as new pages or tasks, and share pages to a Chat space for change notifications, approvals and announcements.
  • Connections: a public API, webhooks and agent connections (MCP) let outside tools read and write documents.

Three names

NameMeaning
SpaceThe largest unit. Members and pages belong to a Space. There are personal Spaces and Team Spaces a team shares.
Teamspace (팀스페이스)A group inside a Space. Everyone who has joined sees the pages in it.
Page (페이지)One document. A database entry is a page too, so it has the same body, comments, history and permissions.

Coming from Notion

Pages, blocks, databases and views mean the same things. Upload Notion's Markdown & CSV export as it is and the page hierarchy, bodies, databases, attachments and links between pages come across together. The steps are in Import and export.
