Private documents

The sidebar's page list is divided by who can see a page, not by folder. Private documents are yours alone.

Three regions

The page list in the sidebar has three regions: Private documents (개인 문서), Teamspace (팀스페이스) and Shared documents (공유 문서). They are not folders but a division by who can see the page, so a page moves to another region on its own when its sharing changes.

RegionWho sees it
Private documentsOnly you. New pages and imported material start here.
TeamspacesEveryone who has joined that teamspace.
Shared documentsThe people you chose, page by page. Pages shared with you show here too.

What you can do in Private documents

  • + next to the region title makes a new page, which starts in Private documents. + on a teamspace's row makes it in that teamspace instead.
  • Hover over a row and choose ⋯ → Add subpage (하위 페이지 추가) to make a subpage, and drag rows to reorder them.
  • The row's ⋯ offers favorite, copy link, open in new tab, share, Move to another location (다른 위치로 이동) and move to trash. Duplicate is in the page menu (⋯).
  • ↗ next to the region title opens the region in the Library, with more room.

Opening a private page to the team

  • Choose Share → Place in teamspace (공유 → 팀스페이스에 두기) from the page menu, or
  • choose a teamspace under the row's ⋯ → Move to another location.

The page moves to the Teamspaces region and opens to everyone who has joined that teamspace. Subpages inherit the parent's permissions, so they open along with it.
