ESTnote
Work together on your team's documents in one place
ESTnote is a collaboration tool for creating work documents with pages and databases and editing them together in real time. Company members and invited partners sign in with a Google account.
What you can do
- Pages: Organize documents with titles, content, and attachments in a tree, and edit the same page with others. Version history lets you restore earlier versions.
- Databases: Explore the same data in tables, boards, calendars, galleries, maps, and charts. Properties, relations, rollups, formulas, automation rules, and buttons are supported.
- Spaces and teamspaces: Separate personal, team, and shared documents, and set permissions for each page. Exchange notifications through comments and mentions.
- Import and export: Import Notion exports, Markdown, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Export documents as Markdown or PDF, or save them to your Google Drive.
- Connections: Link and preview Google Drive files in pages. External tools can read and write documents through the public API, webhooks, and agent connections (MCP).
How your Google account is used
Sign-in uses a Google account without a separate password. Your name, email, and profile picture identify your account and appear in collaboration screens. Google Drive permissions are used only for files created by ESTnote or opened in ESTnote by you. Google Tasks and Google Forms are accessed only when you enable those features. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Who can sign in
Company Google Workspace accounts can sign in immediately. Other Google accounts are created only if an administrator has registered their email address or domain. Partners should ask their contact to register them.
